What the training is about:
This course is specifically designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive awareness of Human Factor exposures and to share the responsibility of everyone in the system to pay maximum attention to Human Factors exposure in the workplace.
Human error has a higher potential than technical errors in affecting navigability safety.
The Human Factor field has become very popular because the civil aviation industry became aware of the fact that most of the aviation accidents and incidents are determined more often by a human error than by a technical fault.

a) On completion of the module you will be able to sit a multiple-choice exam and on passing it, will receive a certificate.
b) The course is focused on discussing the key elements in order to understand human performances and limitations and all the factors that can determine a certain behaviour (the Dirty Dozen).
c) The main objective of the course is to increase the aircraft maintenance technicians’ awareness regarding the consequences that their actions have upon safety.
d) As a result, the aircraft maintenance technicians that have properly studied human factors will become more responsible in performing the tasks at their workplace and this will lead to risks mitigation.
