Mimi joined the Sofema team in May 2018. She currently works as a Deputy Manager Operations Manager at Sofema Aviation Services.

- What inspired you to become a Operations Manager?
I feel confident in my strong organizational skills and interest in raising my career. I take responsibility for my actions and I feel comfortable with my colleagues.
- Can you describe your job in three words?
Results-oriented, Energetic, Methodical.
- What is the best aspect about being a part of the Sofema Team?
My rich experience of working in a team helps me to cope with all positions, approach my work professionally and adapt easily to the nature of work.
- Which skills have you developed while working at Sofema?
Multitasking as well as business communication.
- If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
“THE LIFE STORY” – because each of us has a different vision of life.
- Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?
If I have secret talent no one knows, then why should I write and share it? It has to be secret because it’s secret.
