EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Essentials – 1 Day – 10th April 2017

This course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning. It is specifically designed to provide an essential knowledge of the people with a direct involvement in Part M Subpart C Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.

It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment, particularly if elements of the Maintenance Planning Process are outsourced.

EASA Part M Developing an Effective Reliability Program Essentials – 1 Day – 11th April 2017

The training focuses on the gathering and processing of data. The display of Reliability Data and the way in which this data may be used to benefit the maintenance program. This intensive 1 Day course is specifically aimed at organisational personnel who are required to actively control and deliver the aircraft reliability program.

Aviation Quality Auditing Essentials & Overview – 1 Day – 12th April 2017

This 1 day intensive course is specifically designed for leasing companies and persons who need to have a realistic grasp of the techniques used to deliver an effective audit. It will also be of benefit as a refresher to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO, Maintenance or Operational environments.

Safety Management Systems Overview and Recurrent – 1 Day – 13th April 2017

This 1 day course aims to provide a comprehensive review of the overall effectiveness of our SMS. Delegates will undertake an overall review of SMS best practice and together with the regulatory driven obligations will perform a GAP analysis against their own organisation system.

The course is a highly participative and stimulates involvement and provides for powerful motivation.

Quality Auditing – Reporting & Root Cause Analysis – Essentials – 1 Day – 14th April 2017

The purpose of this training is to identify best practice techniques and behaviours to support the delivery of effective audits. The delegate will consider practices to determine the root causes of identified issues.

Consideration will be given to developing high quality reports, meeting professional standards and clearly communicating the need to oblige the business area owner to deliver corrective actions. This course is intended to be highly practical and to help the delegate focus on the 5 elements which exist within the audit finding.

1/ The finding – What is the problem?

2/ Why is it a problem – What standard has not been met (is it internal or external)

3/ Why did it happen? – Here we consider Root Cause

4/ What is the consequence – risk or opportunity considered

5/ Corrective action disposition – Who, What & When
