What is included in the package?
Aviation Continuing Airworthiness Instructor Soft Skills Development Package is designed to support the development of Continuing Airworthiness Instructors. It is suitable to be included as part of the mandatory EASA Part 147 recurrent training obligations.
This intensive program is equivalent to 10.5 Hours of Classroom Training. It aims to ensure the organization remains able to fully engage in all primary training objectives.

Duration: equivalent to half-day classroom training

The communication and assertiveness course look’s at the meaning of communication recognizing that the communication process is in fact a dynamic process and considers effective processes of engagement. Recognizing the benefit of developing assertive behaviour skills it covers the assertive behaviour learning process as well as using assertive techniques to deal with conflict.
Aviation Leadership and Management Skills Development – Public Speaking
Duration: equivalent to 2 hours classroom training
Price: 45 EUR
Effective Aviation Leaders are aware of the need and importance of public speaking activities related to the presentation of information and ideas in a positive way. This course considers a range of techniques which can be employed and understands best practices to ensure you deliver a presentation which stands out in a way which gets you noticed.
Delivering an Effective Mentoring Program in Aviation Operations & Maintenance & Leadership
Duration: equivalent to half-day classroom training
Price: 57.50 EUR
This training is intended to introduce you to the concept and the process of Mentoring in the Aviation Workplace. It takes the delegate through an initial understanding of the mentoring process and how to evaluate the mentoring process.
Performance Coaching in Aviation Operations & Maintenance
Duration: equivalent to 2 hours classroom training
Price: 45 EUR
The role of a “Performance Coach” is to engage with the client and encourage the client to reach a conclusion without the coach providing your interpretation of events or giving directions. The whole point of coaching is for the client to reach their own conclusions and understandings and to determine their own actions. The course aims to improve the overall performance and efficiency of processes.
