What was the training about?
This course was designed to provide the delegates with an understanding of the regulatory requirements to control and supervise an SPO business area as the Nominated Person. After completing the training they will gain knowledge of the requirements related to Quality & Safety organisational obligations including Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC). The students will gain the ability to Implement Quality Control Process and Procedures in their business area.

Get to know the instructor
Dejan Dencic is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia with a degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, including aircraft maintenance, planning, and engineering. The instructor has a type rating for B737, ATR-72, and Airbus 320 family aircraft. Moreover, he has very good knowledge of aircraft documentation (AMM, IPC, MPD, AMS, AD, etc.).
