About the OTAR Part 39 training
This course provides awareness of the structure, composition, and impact of the OTAR regulatory obligations. The delegates will understand the environment driving the maintenance management process to focus on the business decision-making process. They will gain a detailed understanding of the OTAR Part 39 Quality and Safety System. Get to know the instructor
Shakil is an experienced aviation instructor with 35+ years of experience. He is B1.1 Approved Instructor by GCAA, EASA, FAA, CAA PAK, and DGSAS Oman for Basic and Type 147 & AMEL CAT B1.1 CAA PAK. The instructor has extensive experience and knowledge in the following: 66 Basic & Type Training, EASA, GCAA, FAA Regulations, Organisational Procedures and Documentation relevant to the MOs, CAMOs, MTOs, SMS and Quality Systems. Currently, the instructor provides training and services in aircraft maintenance, basic 147, regulatory compliance, quality auditing, airworthiness, and document/procedure development/reviews.

Regio Lease is an aircraft consultancy company that has EASA Part CAMO and PART 145 approvals. They provide complex services such as aircraft recovery or repossession, aircraft valuation, aircraft import, airline start-up, as well as aircraft phase-in and engine borescope inspections with boroblending if needed.
