This course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks of Maintenance Planning. The delegates will gain a solid knowledge related to Subpart G Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM), the Continuing Airworthiness Organisation (CAMO) & PART M Quality System. After completing the training the students will understand the activities which support the analysis of Safety Data including SB’s and AD’s & the purpose of STC’s and how they are integrated into the maintenance Program.

Aircraft Reliability Systems – Understanding the Maths Workshop – 2 Days Sofia, Bulgaria

This intensive 2-day workshop will explain in detail and raise awareness regarding the management, oversight, and methodologies involved in Aircraft Reliability Systems. It contains a detailed range of demonstrations and mathematical exercises that are designed to provide the delegates with:

– A basic knowledge of statistical analysis, and how these principles are applied to reliability data.
– Using worked examples and raw reliability data, understand & apply the mathematical calculations associated with aviation reliability.
– Provide guidance and interpretation with regard to data and findings drawn from calculated results.
– Guidelines on how to use Standard & Alert Level Deviation principles to set Upper Control Limits.
– A demonstration of various forms of data display & reporting that is employed by the typical large aircraft operator with a view to AMP enhancement & optimization.

About the Instructor 

Rustom Sutaria is a graduate from Kingston University with a B.Eng. (Hons.) in Aerospace Engineering. He has more than 20 years of experience within aircraft engineering and maintenance, of which 15 years have been spent working for various high-profile aviation businesses in Technical Services functions. From 1997 onwards he worked with a number of influential aviation businesses such as monarch aircraft engineering & maintenance as an Aviation Technical Services Specialist. He has experience as Business Development Manager, aviation consultant & is skilled in safety, quality, and continuing airworthiness.
