Ralitsa joined the Sofema team in October 2021. She currently works as a Training Project Coordinator.

- What inspired you to become a Training Project Coordinator?
“Successfully coordinating a training project from the very beginning till the end gives me a sense of accomplishment and motivates me to continuously learn in order to improve on my skills and competencies.”
- Can you describe your job in three words?
“Dynamic, diverse and different.”
- What is the best aspect about being a part of the Sofema Team?
“Being surrounded by a young team of professionals and being committed to a common purpose inspires me and gives me a great sense of belonging.”
- Which skills have you developed while working at Sofema?
“Attention to detail, time management, communication, and teamwork.”
- If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
“If I were to ever write a book the title would probably be “I did it my way”. You will understand why I wrote the book after you read it. 😊 “
- Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?
“Yes, I can play soccer quitе well.”
