> Nepal’s Yeti Airlines plans IPO
Yeti Airlines (YT, Kathmandu) is planning a stock exchange listing via an initial public offering (IPO), according to the airline’s executive chairman, Lhakpa Sonam Sherpa. He made the announcement, as reported by the Tourism Mail outlet, during an event in Kathmandu on September 25 to mark the carrier’s 25th anniversary. Read more

> Turkish Airlines grounds A321s due to P&W engine recall
Turkish Airlines (TK, Istanbul Airport) expects to have up to twelve A321neo aircraft grounded by the end of the year because of issues with Pratt & Whitney geared turbofan (GTF) engines. The airline has already pulled nine aircraft from service for this reason. Read more
