Sofema Aviation Services (SAS) www.sassofia.com is pleased to share that delegates from Air Serbia successfully completed the Continuous Airworthiness Management for Airworthiness Review Staff (Large A/C) training
on 11-13 September 2023. 

The course was carried out by our knowledgeable instructor Florin Necula at the Air Serbia Facilities.

About the training 

This course aims to provide the delegates with a solid understanding related to Subpart G Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM) and Subpart I Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC). They will also understand the activities supporting the analysis of Safety Data including SB’s and AD’s, the purpose of STC’s & the roles and responsibilities within the various CAMO groups. After completing the training, the participants will be able to demonstrate Part M Functionality and to avoid or mitigate problems & will be knowledgeable of the PART M Quality System. By using the regulation they will proactively manage the Continuing Airworthiness (CA) of their aircraft.

About the instructor

Florin Necula graduated Faculty of Aerospace Engineering in Bucharest. He has 15+ years of experience in different aviation roles such as: Senior Project Manager, Technical Director (Postholder CAMO & MRO, Form 4 approved), Training Manager, Lecturer/ Technical Instructor, Airworthiness Engineer, Technical Director, and more. The instructor has B1 and C licences for Beechcraft King Air B200 (PT6), Airbus A318/319/320/321 (CFM 56 & V2500) and Boeing 737NG (CFM 56-7). Florin joined our team in 2013 and since then he delivered training related to aviation legislation, Safety Management Systems (for operators, MROs, airports, ATC organizations), Risk Assessment and Quality, ect.
