About the courses:
- The EASA Part 145 – Regulation EU 1321/2014 training was delivered on 31 October – 02 November 2022
This course includes many practical examples of Part 145 Implementation. It was designed to provide the delegates with a detailed knowledge of the EASA Part 145 regulation. They will understand airworthiness and maintenance principles. After completing the training, the participants will be able to consider the role of Contract and Subcontract organisations. They will also understand the regulations driving the 145 processes enabling them to make the best business decisions and ensure compliance. Find details
- The Aviation and Maintenance Human Factors (Initial) training was delivered on 03-04 November 2022
This course aims to provide the delegates with a full introduction to Aircraft Maintenance Human Factors. It will introduce the delegates to all elements of Aviation Human Factors by providing them with a better understanding of the subject and effective methods to improve standards and compliance. The objectives of the training are to recurrent the implications of error, the organisation’s safety culture, its procedures and safety policy and methods of communication. Read more

Craig Colby has over 35 years of experience in aviation maintenance and aviation management. He is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. The instructor is experienced as A&P mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Director, Facilitator, and Medevac Modification Project Consultant. He has an Inspection Authorization License, FAA Airframe and Powerplant License, FAA Private Pilot’s License, Thailand DCA License, and is also fluent in spoken Thai.
