Introduction

Large Aircraft Airworthiness Management is based on initial compliance with EASA Part-M together with EASA Part-CAMO. SAS offers multiple training courses to address the needs of operators who either operate Complex Motor-Powered Aircraft (CMPA).

Part-M and Part CAMO form part of regulation EU 1321/2014 amended by regulation EU 2019/1383 and EU 2020/270.

A major milestone saw the introduction of a Safety Management System SMS with the framework of designated management.

Sofema Training Course Philosophy

SAS Training focuses on the need for practical considerations as well as a relevant understanding of all aspects of the Part-M and Part-CAMO environment.

Part M / Part CAMO & SMS For Part CAMO training focuses on the requirements for licensed air carrier (EC 1008/2008) as well as owners and operators of complex motor-powered aircraft to promote an in-depth understanding and to deliver in the most practical way the use of the regulations.

Sofema Aviation Regulatory Training focuses on the importance of compliance with the regulations as being a step on the journey and not the destination – with the importance being to ensure effectiveness and profitability of the organisation – whilst maintaining safety as a prime consideration.

EASA Part M Subpart G – PART CAMO Transition

Subpart G is currently going through a transition to EASA Part CAMO which must be completed and the new Continuous Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) accepted by the competent authorities.
