About the courses:
EASA Part M – Implementing, Developing, and Managing an Effective Reliability Program
Duration: 3 Days
Price: €1045
Location: Don Muang Airport, Bangkok, at the MJets facilities
Dates: 04-06.11.2024
Reliability is critical to aviation operators, particularly in environments where unreliable services result in high operational costs, loss of productivity, and exposure to potential incidents. This intensive 3-day course is specifically designed for organizational personnel responsible for controlling and delivering aircraft reliability programs. The training focuses on gathering, processing, and using reliability data to optimize the maintenance program, ensuring compliance with the EASA Part M regulations. This course is ideal for CAMO staff managing Maintenance or Reliability programs, Reliability personnel, Technical Engineers, and Maintenance Planners. Participants should have a background in aviation airworthiness, specifically understanding Part M CAMO obligations.
Key Learning Objectives:
- Understand the role of Reliability within the CAMO group.
- Learn how an effective Reliability program can drive operational optimization.
- Develop enhanced awareness of warranty-related benefits.
- Understand the role of Reliability-driven Aircraft System and Vendor Service Bulletin implementation.
- Achieve solid knowledge of Subpart G Reliability related to Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM) Regulatory Requirements.
Aircraft Reliability Systems – Understanding the Maths Workshop
Duration: 2 Days
Price: €735
Location: Don Muang Airport, Bangkok, at the MJets facilities
Dates: 07-08.11.2024

Introduction:
This highly focused 2-day workshop provides an in-depth understanding of the mathematics behind aircraft reliability systems. Aircraft reliability is much more than ensuring Maintenance Programme (MP) effectiveness – it involves understanding statistical data and how it supports optimizing maintenance tasks. This workshop explores the mathematical calculations that underpin reliability programs and provides practical guidance for interpreting reliability data to enhance the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP). This course is highly relatable for Quality Assurance staff tasked with auditing the reliability process, as well as CAMO staff managing Maintenance or Reliability programs. Aviation professionals with a general interest in reliability systems will also find the training useful. A solid background in an aviation airworthiness environment is required prior to attending the course. A certificate will be awarded to participants covering the essential mathematical principles behind aircraft reliability systems and their practical application in aviation reliability programs.
Key Learning Objectives:
- Learn the fundamentals of statistical analysis as applied to Aircraft Reliability.
- Gain the ability to interpret and apply mathematical calculations, such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Standard Deviation, to real-world scenarios.
- Understand how to set control limits using Standard & Alert Level Deviation.
- Work through practical examples and exercises that demonstrate the use of raw Reliability data.
