EASA Part M Maintenance Planning Fundamentals – 5 Days

Date: March 12th – March 16th 2018

This intensive 5 Day course considers best practice processes for accomplishing the various tasks which together make up the challenging role of Maintenance Planning, It is specifically designed for people with a direct involvement in Part M Subpart C Planning functions whether in a Management Supervisory or Administrative role.

It will also be of benefit to Quality Audit Staff and persons who normally work within the Part M CAMO environment, particularly if elements of the Maintenance Planning Process are outsourced.

At the end of this Training the delegate should have a comprehensive understanding of the Roles and responsibilities associated with Maintenance Planning, and the importance of delivering an effective Maintenance Planning Function within the organization.

Aviation Leadership and Management Skills Development Workshop – 3 Days

EASA Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 (Airports) Essentials – 1 Day

Date: April 16th 2018

The purpose of the course is to enable a comprehensive understanding of the European Regulatory Environment as applicable to Aerodromes with a full understanding of EASA and ICAO relationship and applicable standards. Delegates will consider all transition measures and timelines which are applicable to ensure smooth implementation.

This 2 day course aims to provide a comprehensive review of the overall effectiveness of our SMS. Delegates will undertake an overall review of SMS best practice and together with the regulatory driven obligations will perform a GAP analysis against their own organisation system

Aircraft Ramp Safety and Ramp Human Factors Initial Training – 2 Days

Date: April 19th – April 20th 2018

The Training is designed to raise awareness of all organisational elements of Ramp Safety and to consider the various challenges which face us both directly and indirectly.

The delegate will understand the exposure created by Human Factor considerations and will receive familiarization regarding best practice safety procedures on the ramp in order to create safety awareness.
