About the course
This training will provide the delegates with an understanding of the promotion of a maintenance-driven approach to safety. They will learn about the most effective delivery methods for different types of training. After completing the course, the participants will be able to motivate their workforce and communicate effectively. Get to know the instructor
Shakil is an experienced aviation instructor with 35+ years of experience. He is B1.1 Approved Instructor by GCAA, EASA, FAA, CAA PAK, and DGSAS Oman for Basic and Type 147 & AMEL CAT B1.1 CAA PAK. The instructor has extensive experience and knowledge in the following: 66 Basic & Type Training, EASA, GCAA, FAA Regulations, Organisational Procedures and Documentation relevant to the MOs, CAMOs, MTOs, SMS and Quality Systems. Currently, the instructor provides training and services in aircraft maintenance, basic 147, regulatory compliance, quality auditing, airworthiness, and document/procedure development/reviews.
