About the training
This course is designed to equip delegates with a comprehensive understanding of engaging with the Emergency Response Process. They will learn how to effectively conduct a gap analysis of your organization’s emergency planning function and consider all phases of the Emergency Response Planning (ERP) process. The course will guide delegates in developing and managing emergency preparedness documentation, as well as understanding the roles and responsibilities within the Crisis Management Centre. They will gain awareness of the areas requiring an emergency response checklist and consider the coordination of ERP across the business.

Get to know the instructor
Dejan is an aviation professional with over 20 years of working experience. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia with a degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering. The instructor is experienced in aircraft maintenance and maintenance planning & engineering. Dejan has also worked as a Compliance Monitoring Manager covering quality and safety in air OPS and CAMO. He has a type rating for B737, ATR-72, and Airbus 320 family aircraft and can demonstrate a very good knowledge of aircraft documentation (AMM, IPC, MPD, AMS, AD, etc.). Besides being a Sofema trainer, Dejan is currently working as a Lecturer/Instructor at Aviation Academy and as a Quality Assurance Manager at a pilot school near Belgrade.
