About the courses:

- The Maintenance Error Decision Aid (MEDA) “Train the Trainer”- 3 Days course was carried out on 21-23 March 2022 by Violeta Onel
This training was designed to provide the delegates with an awareness of the structural composition and impact of EASA Part 145 Maintenance Error on the Organisation. They will understand the forces driving 145 Maintenance Errors. After completing the course the delegates will gain the ability to consider changes driven by MEMS Part and how they impact their specific organization. Altin Vrapi is an aviation specialist with over 25 years of working experience skilled in Aviation Management, Safety, Quality, and Security. He is a Licensed Aircraft Engineer since 1996 with different type ratings. The aviation instructor is experienced in different managerial roles: Flight Safety Management, Airport development, and operation, Air Operations, Maintenance, Quality Assurance & Airline Management. Violeta Onel has over 6 years of working experience in the aviation industry. She is a graduate of Politehnica University with a degree in Air Transport Engineering MSc. She is experienced as Quality Assurance Specialist, Safety data expert & Compliance monitoring auditor (maintenance), and Flight Data Analyst. Violeta is skilled in Safety Awareness, Critical thinking, Quality Orientation, System engineering, Communication, and Problem-solving.
