1. What inspired you to become Business Advisor & Sales Executive?
‘When I first started working in the commercial side of the business, I quickly realised that if you seek to understand a client’s challenges and the problems they need to overcome, or opportunities they may want to develop, you can present affordable solutions that make a difference and people will buy from you. This is incredibly satisfying, to see the outcomes my company’s solutions can deliver.”
2. Can you describe your job in three words?
“Understanding (the client’s need), (identifying the best) solution, (ensuring successful) outcomes.”
3. Which skills have you developed during your career as a Sales Executive?
“Apart from the ability to negotiate and obviously close deals, I developed the ability to listen to the person on the opposite line and act accordingly.”
4. What is the best aspect of being a part of the Sofema Team?
“It is a work in progress and I love the fact that on my shoulders lies the responsibility to develop the whole process. Sky is the limit!:”
5. If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
“The Curious Case of Stoyan Gerganov.”
6. Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?
“I always seem to have a plan B when things get tough.”
