What was the course about?Â
This training aims to provide the delegates with the ability to explain the concept of the Safety Management Systems (SMS) and what it can deliver for the organisation. After completing the course they will understand the role of Safety Culture within an SMS Environment & what are the benefits of the integration of SMS within the Organisations Management System. The students will be able to fully engage with their organisations SMS & to explain how Safety Risks are Managed Proactively.
