What is the training about?
This training will provide the delegates with an in-depth understanding of basic Aviation Human Factors concepts. They will be able to demonstrate compliance with EASA Part 145 A.30 Human Factor Training Requirements & will integrate their Human Factor knowledge into key areas of aviation maintenance. They will also understand the key human performance issues relevant to Maintenance Operations. Instructor Details
Dejan Dencic is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia with a degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, including aircraft maintenance, planning, and engineering. The instructor has a type rating for B737, ATR-72, and Airbus 320 family aircraft. Moreover, he has very good knowledge of aircraft documentation (AMM, IPC, MPD, AMS, AD, etc.).
