The course was delivered by the experienced SAS instructor Florin Necula on 13 March 2023 at the Aeroclubul României facilities.
What was the training about?
This course aims to provide the delegates with a detailed understanding of the regulatory requirements related to Permit to Fly (PtF) including CAMO procedures. They will also gain awareness of the Maintenance Check Flight (MCF) Management Procedures. After completing the training, the participants will be able to create an MCF checklist and interface with other organisations & business areas related to PtF & MCF.

Get to know the instructor
Florin Necula is a graduate of the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering in Bucharest. After graduating, he completed an MSc module programme in Airworthiness. His experience in aviation started in 2008 performing large aircraft maintenance within a UK part 145 approved maintenance organization. Florin is an experienced SAS instructor that is knowledgeable in Aviation Legislation, Safety Management Systems (for operators, MROs, airports, and ATC organizations), Risk Assessment, Airworthiness, Aviation Quality & more.
