Sofema Aviation Services (SAS) www.sassofia.com is delighted to share that the EASA Part CAMO Regulatory Obligations course was delivered to 6 delegates from Luxembourg Air Ambulance. 

The training was carried out as a webinar by the knowledgeable SAS instructor Dejan Dencic on 04 and 06 June 2022.

What was the course about?

The purpose of this training is to provide a thorough understanding of the Role of Part-CAMO in specific the area of the CAMO & ARC. After completing the course the delegates will be able to demonstrate Part M Functionality and avoid or mitigate problems. They will know the difference between QA & QC Roles and responsibilities & will gain the ability to use the regulation to proactively manage the Continuing Airworthiness (CA) of their aircraft. The participants will also understand the roles and responsibilities within the various CAMO groups including Reliability, Technical Records, Engineering, & Maintenance Planning.

Get to know the instructor

Dejan Dencic is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia with a degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, including aircraft maintenance, planning, and engineering. The instructor has a type rating for B737, ATR-72, and Airbus 320 family aircraft. Moreover, he has very good knowledge of aircraft documentation (AMM, IPC, MPD, AMS, AD, etc.).

Luxembourg Air Ambulance was founded in 1988 as a non-profit organization. It possesses six MD902 helicopters as well as four ambulance jets, including three Learjet 45XR and one Challenger 605.
