What is the training about?
The training aims to familiarize participants with the structure and content of the Air Crew regulation (Annex1 1178/2012 FCL).
Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 of 3 November 2011 lays down technical requirements and administrative procedures. Regulatory activities which are a direct consequence of FCL include:
- Approval of flight crew training provision
- Approval of flight simulators and other synthetic training devices
- Approval of arrangements for the certification of the medical fitness for flight crew
