About the training
This course provides an understanding of the benefit of the incorporation of Safety Management Systems (SMS) into the Organization’s Management System and the processes for auditing & measuring the effectiveness of an SMS. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will proficiently articulate the essence of SMS and its operational dynamics within the EASA Part 145 framework. Additionally, they will attain the skill set required to proactively handle Safety Risks & will acquire the capability to intricately construct and actively participate in the SMS of their organization.

Get to know the instructor
Mladen Duisin is a graduate of the University of Belgrade with a Master’s degree in Air and Space Operations Technology. The instructor is currently Safety & Compliance Monitoring Manager at RAS Technic. In his 15+ years of experience, he has worked as Assistant Quality Director for Maintenance and Airworthiness, CAMO Director, Safety & Compliance Director, Quality Director, Safety Manager, Quality Assurance Lead Engineer QA and Material Manager.
