About the training:
This newly developed course was designed to ensure the delegates cover any aspect related to demonstrating compliance with GM2 S-1.CAMO.305(g) and SMS & Human Factor Training Requirements. The delegates can acquire a thorough understanding of basic Aviation Safety Concepts, to focus particularly on fully recognising the importance of Safety Behaviour implementation into normal working practices.
As well as the opportunity to achieve a strong understanding of Safety & Human Factor Principles, delegates will consider human performance limitations and their potential impact on the daily routine. The course provides an opportunity for in-depth familiarisation with key human performance issues relevant to maintenance management & operations.
