About the EASA Part 145 Safety & Human Factor Training

This course provides a deep understanding of basic Aviation Safety Concepts & Human Factors (HF) Principles. The delegates will learn how to integrate their HF knowledge into key areas of Safety Maintenance. After completing the course, the participants will be able to demonstrate compliance with EASA GM1 145.A.30 (e) HF & SMS Requirements, to consider human performance limitations as well as the potential impact on the daily routine & to apply their operational Human Factors knowledge to Maintenance Error Investigations. Read more

Rade Savic is an aviation professional with over 35 years of working experience. He is an SMS & QMS Specialist with the capability to organise and register EASA Part 147 training for A and B mechanics. Rade is also skilled in Human Factors in Maintenance Environment, FTS and EWIS & more. Rade is a graduate of the University of Belgrade, Serbia. His career started in 1985 in JAT Airways – Engineering & Maintenance Division as a Leader System engineer.
