About the EASA Part 145 Safety & Human Factor Training
This course provides a deep understanding of basic Aviation Safety Concepts & Human Factors (HF) Principles. The delegates will learn how to integrate their HF knowledge into key areas of Safety Maintenance. After completing the course, the participants will be able to demonstrate compliance with EASA GM1 145.A.30 (e) HF & SMS Requirements, to consider human performance limitations as well as the potential impact on the daily routine & to apply their operational Human Factors knowledge to Maintenance Error Investigations. Shakil is an experienced aviation instructor with 35+ years of experience. He is B1.1 Approved Instructor by GCAA, EASA, FAA, CAA PAK, and DGSAS Oman for Basic and Type 147 & AMEL CAT B1.1 CAA PAK. The instructor has extensive experience and knowledge in the following: 66 Basic & Type Training, EASA, GCAA, FAA Regulations, Organisational Procedures and Documentation relevant to the MOs, CAMOs, MTOs, SMS and Quality Systems. Currently, the instructor provides training and services in aircraft maintenance, basic 147, regulatory compliance, quality auditing, airworthiness, and document/procedure development/reviews.
