- Developing & Maintaining SMS Compliance in an MRO and 145 for Quality & Safety Personnel – 2 Days
This course aims to provide the delegates with the concept of SMS and how it will function within the EASA Part 145 environment. They will understand the role of Safety Culture & what are the benefits of its integration within the Organisation’s Management System. The participants will also gain knowledge of the effective processes for SMS auditing & how to measure its effectiveness. - EASA Part 145 Safety Training (SMS) Bridging Course – 1 Day
The training provides a deep understanding of basic Aviation Safety Concepts. The delegates will be able to integrate their Human Factors knowledge into key areas of aviation Safety Maintenance. They will also gain the ability to demonstrate compliance with EASA GM2 145.A.30 (e) SMS Training Requirements & to ensure adequate focus on the Safety Behaviour importance. See details

Rade Savic is an aviation professional with over 35 years of working experience. He is an SMS & QMS Specialist with the capability to organise and register EASA Part 147 training for A and B mechanics. Rade is also skilled in Human Factors in Maintenance Environment, FTS and EWIS & more. He is a graduate of the University of Belgrade, Serbia. His career started in 1985 in JAT Airways – Engineering & Maintenance Division as a Leader System engineer.
