This course aims to provide the delegates with the ability to demonstrate compliance with EASA GM2 145.A.300 (e) SMS Training Requirements. They will achieve an in-depth understanding of fundamental Aviation Safety Concepts. After completing the course the participants will be able to integrate their Human Factors knowledge into key areas of Aviation Safety Maintenance and ensure adequate focus on the importance of Safety Behaviour integrated into normal working practices.
